HR Round Table Wrap Up

A big thanks to the four experts, Kirk Sears, Jody Farmer, Kay Robinson and Bo Burch and the moderator, Dr. Jessica Magnus for helping make the panel informative and lively.  Approximately 50 people attended the panel discussion and topics included: the Wilmington job market, landing an interview, benefiting from your new MBA in your current organization, the effects of Myspace/Facebook, maximizing your positives and minimizing negative items on your
resume. 

Prior to the panel, the experts reviewed over thirty resumes at three minutes a piece in the "Resume speed dating" portion of the program.

Overall, the feedback to the program was excellent and the experts all wish to attend next year.
